Stoneridge Lakeview Development

Stoneridge Lakeviews is a planned unit development in Beulah, Michigan. Mansfield and Associates guided the owner through the mixed-use development process. Traverse Architectural Group provided concept drawings of the various building types, focusing on a "wine country" ambiance. The single and multi-family residential design evokes a Northern Michigan rustic character. Construction is complete on the model home and picnic pavilion.
Future projects in the development will be a series of cottages along an outdoor pool area, and townhome cottages providing residences with panoramic views of Crystal Lake, Platt Lake, and Lake Michigan. Commercial development of an eleven acre vineyard and winery facility is included as well.
