By enclosing the existing breezeway, we seamlessly integrated the former garage into the home, creating a spacious two-bedroom living addition that enhances both comfort and functionality. A new detached garage with a beautifully designed accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above was added to the rear of the property, providing flexible living space while complementing the home's updated architecture.
